Lying piece of shit Republican Congressman George Santos told police in Brazil in 2010 that he had stolen a man’s checkbook and used it to purchase clothes and shoes two years earlier, according to a statement provided to CNN from cops in the city of Niterói, near Rio de Janiero. Santos also admitted to using a fake ID with checkbook owner’s name but Santos’ photo to pass the checks.
