“Consumer Research” an innocuously-named right wing astroturf group, is planning to set up a system to send “Woke Alert” text messages to shoppers to alert them to brands which they should boycott for offending MAGAmerica’s increasingly delicate cultural sensitivities, Axios reports.
“We are launching Woke Alerts to help consumers make better-informed decisions about where to spend their money,” says Consumers’ Research executive director Will Hild. “We believe companies should focus on their customers and not woke politicians and progressive activists.”
