Ukrainian Defense Ministry official Yuriy Sak on Saturday told the BBC that he and others in Kyiv are enjoying the mayhem in Russia, calling it a “civil war” and making a popcorn joke.
“We are little-by-little running out of popcorn… Yesterday everybody knew that Russia was the second most powerful army in Ukraine and today we’re seeing how… the Russian army is becoming the second most powerful army in Russia,” said Sak, adding that the situation was bound to happen sooner or later given Moscow’s lies about losses. “What we’re seeing now in Russia is a civil war.”
The BBC also reports they’ve confirmed a video of a Wagner convoy headed toward Moscow.
