The Fulton County (Georgia) Superior Court has agreed to a $150,000 bond set for former Donald Trump lawyer and co-conspirator Rudy Giuliani in the RICO charges he shares with 18 other defendants for their effort to undermine Georgia voters in the 2020 presidential election, ABC News reports. He subsequently surrendered to authorities at the Fulton County Jail.
To date, the bond levels set for the defendants are:
- Donald Trump: $200,000
- Rudy Giuliani: $150,000
- Kenneth Chesebro: $100,000
- John Eastman: $100,000
- Jenna Ellis: $100,000
- Sidney Powell: $100,000
- Kathy Latham: $75,000
- Stephen Lee: $75,000
- David Shafer: $75,000
- Robert Cheeley: $50,000
- Michael Roman: $50,000
- Ray Smith: $50,000
- Scott Graham: $10,000
- Misty Hampton: $10,000
- Shawn Still: $10,000
