BREAKING: In chopper talk this afternoon, President Trump claimed that he didn’t know who the Proud Boys are, even though he enthusiastically told the white nationalist militia group to “stand down and stand by” during last night’s debate.

Trump also tangentially denied support for white nationalist organizations, although he failed to come out and say that he condemned white nationalism or white supremacy.
