Swoboda is the executive director of the Voter Reference Foundation, a group that works to sow distrust in election systems. The job is unpaid, its biggest responsibility is fundraising, and it was open because the guy who had it resigned after it was revealed he tried to get Kari Lake to stay out of the Arizona Senate seat race.
