FBI agents on Friday raided the home of the NYPD’s new interim Commissioner Tom Donlon, just a week after he took the job from fellow federal criminal investigation subject, Edward Caban, ABC 7 reports. The probe is unlikely to be related to the shenanigans that brought down Caban.
“On Friday, September 20, federal authorities executed search warrants at my residences. They took materials that came into my possession approximately 20 years ago and are unrelated to my work with the New York City Police Department. This is not a department matter, and the department will not be commenting,” Donlon said in a statement. Seems like another classified documents fuckup.
