Very Karen-esque Milwaukee Brewers fan Shannon Kobylarczyk has been canceled from her job as an executive at a staffing agency and the board of directors at Make-A-Wish Wisconsin after getting caught on camera Tuesday joking to “call ICE” on Latino Dodgers fan Ricardo Fosado as Los Angeles led 4-1 during the 7th inning of their eventual NLCS game 2 win in Milwaukee, USA Today reports.
Fosado, who had added the playoff game to his itinerary during a business trip to Chicago, had stood up to record the Wisconsin crowd around him, taunting them gleefully with “Why’s everyone so quiet?!?” The Karen scowled at him and pointed to the “Happy Thursday” canned cocktail in his hand yelling “Real men drink beer you pussy!” She then tapped the back of another Brewers fan in front of her and said “Call ICE, call ICE,” to which Fosado said he’s a US citizen and a Navy veteran.
Kobylarczyk then called security and Fosado was ejected from the game. The next day she was ejected from both of her jobs, with the Manpower Group writing “As soon as we became aware of this video the individual was placed on immediate leave and we began an investigation. As a result of this process, the employee is no longer with the organization. We remain committed to maintaining a culture grounded in respect, integrity, and accountability,” in a reply to Fosella’s video.
