Andres Fernando Tufino, one of the “narcoterrorists” that convicted felon President Trump’s regime released to his home country of Ecuador “for detention and prosecution,” according to the orange slob, after surviving a US Navy strike on a “drug” boat in the Carribbean last week, was promptly released from detention and prosecution by law enforcement in Quito Monday after they determined “there is no evidence or indication that could lead prosecutors or judicial authorities,” the AP reports.
Tufino and a Colombian man – who has yet to be identified publicly – were plucked from the water by American naval personnel in the strike on a “submersible” that left two others dead. The Colombian man was seriously wounded in the strike and, according to law enforcement in that country, “will be prosecuted according to the law” for alleged drug trafficking. But who the hell knows what actual evidence exists that these guys were indeed moving drugs north to the US.
