Paul Weaver photography: “About 200 Black Lives Matter demonstrators were confronted by nearly 50 counter-protesters in Watsontown, PA. Local activist group and event organizer ‘If Not Us, Then Who’ led protesters in chants ‘Black lives matter’ and ‘no justice, no peace.’ They were met with shouts of ‘all lives matter’ and ‘white lives matter’ from the group group across the street which consisted of motorcycle club members, men in Trump hats, Three-Percenters, and other local residents. Watsontown Borough police, assisted by Pennsylvania State Police, Milton Police, and Northumberland and Union County Sheriff Departments stood in the street between the two groups and kept them separated during some heated confrontations.”
