Reportedly, ten people including a police officer were killed by a gunman in a mass murder in Boulder, Colorado–a story that led the CNN and MSNBC 9 p.m. (ET) primetime shows. On Fox News, Sean Hannity spent a total of 17 seconds on it at the top of his show, opting to dedicate his opening segment to a three-day old story of President Joe Biden tripping on stairs going to Air Force One as he continues to push a false narrative that Biden is mentally declining, an obvious attempt to deflect from Donald Trump’s sociopathy and mental illnesses.
In fairness, Hannity did get back to the massacre of ten people in the final segment of his show, when he hosted Dan Bongino to decry liberals who attacked cops during BLM protests during the summer. They did not mention the three police officers who died after Trump supporters attacked the Capitol on January 6th.
Perhaps Hannity was just tired of covering mass murders, given that eight people were killed in Atlanta less than a week ago by a man who legally bought the gun used in the murders that day.
