Waukesha parade update: Suspect in custody, fatalities reported

Per multiple media reports, a person of interest has been taken into custody in relation to the SUV that plowed into a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Authorities report multiple fatalities, and at least 20 people taken to area hospitals. USA Today reports the injured include 11 adults and 12 children.
