TMTG forecasts 81 million users for "Truth Social"

Digital World Acquisition Corporation’s Monday filings with the SEC projected 81 million users by 2026 for the Trump-branded “Truth Social” network, the Guardian reports, noting that it’s a curious number to fixate on, given that it was roughly Joe Biden’s popular vote total in the 2020 US Presidential election, and about 7 million more than the number who voted for Trump.

We’re also wondering why they wouldn’t also account for international users, including the no doubt tens of millions of Russian propaganda bots that will be flooding Truth if and when it ever launches.
