Chief Justice John Roberts refused to take up a case from two clowns who complained they could not fly with masks on for “medical reasons” Thursday, the New York Times reports. Orlando, Florida resident Michael Seklecki, joined by Washington, DC man Lucas Wall both say they’re unable to fly with masks on, with Wall specifically saying he was “stranded at his mother’s house in The Villages, Florida, since early June because” the TSA “won’t let him fly maskless even though he can’t medically cover his face.” Seklecki is a registered Republican, while Wall is an anti-mask activist and generally a “vexatious litigant” with over 300 complaints to his name, first having having sued his high school principal in the 1990s for not releasing the vote totals of a student government election.
