The two memos outlining how Pence could overturn the election, dated December 31, 2020 and January 5, 2021, really do say “ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGED” at the top. Politico clearly hates that privilege, because they’re little bitches jealous of what Trump and Jenna shared.
