House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has invited President Biden to deliver his first State of The Union Address in the House Chamber of the Capitol on March 1st, CNN’s Manu Raju reports. This will be the latest date in the year that a State of the Union Address has been delivered since the modern format was adopted in 1934 following the passage of the 20th Amendment.
