Straka’s case is somewhat unique as he’s among the few Trump allies who’s both on the radar of the House January 6th Select Committee investigators for his involvement with organizing the “Stop the Steal” rally on the Ellipse and also faced the justice system as one of the thousands of regular rank-and-file MAGA terrorist assholes who breached the Capitol during the riot.
