It’s a hard time for Russia’s elites. For example, oil billionaire Eugene Shvidler, an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, had two jets valued at a combine $60 million seized by the British government, the Associated Press reports. Shvidler’s a $45 million Bombardier Global 6500 and a $13 million Cessna Citation Latitude are now in the possession of the British Government, said Grant Shapps, the UK’s Secretary of State for Transportation.
