Democrats and Republicans are statistically tied at 46 to 45 on the generic congressional ballot question of the latest Washington Post/ABC News survey, a sharp decline in support for the MAGA party relative to Dems since the same pollster found the GOP leading 49 to 42 in February and 50 to 40 in November 2021.
