Russian missiles targeted the vital western Ukrainian port city of Odesa on Tuesday in an apparent bid to disrupt shipments of weapons from NATO allies that have wreaked havoc on Putin’s army, the AP reports. The bombardment comes a day after one person was killed and five wounded in a strike on a shopping center. Meanwhile in the besieged eastern city of Mariupol, about 100 civilians still hiding in the city’s massive steel foundry following Saturday’s successful rescue of hundreds of women, children, and elderly were driven deeper underground by Russian bombardment.
