A South African-based human rights group have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Singapore, seeking the extradition of former Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, who ran and hid like a bitch in the southeast Asian city-state after being deposed by an angry socialist mob earlier this month, the AP reports. Rajapaksa is sought for his role in war crimes his regime wrought on the country’s Tamil ethnic minority during a civil war which lasted until 2009.
