A probable cause statement filed last week revealed that on January 9th, cops were called to the Dollar General at 3400 Missouri 13 to respond to a report of a past theft. Two unidentified grown men had stolen more than $200 in Pokemon cards and candy, with the investigation of security footage revealing that the adults had also ganked about $150 of the cards from the nearby Walmart.

A search of Facebook marketplace that day revealed a 27 year-old grown man Jonathan Vantine attempting to sell packs of Pokemon cards on the social network’s exchange.
