A new Quinnipiac University survey of likely voters in North Carolina finds Vice President Kamala Harris leading convicted felon former President Trump 49 to 47 percent while Trump leads in Georgia 52 to 45 percent. Dem North Carolina AG Josh Stein leads the Black Nazi guy 52 to 40.

“People just need to be heard, and then some of that does take a skill that doesn’t take a confrontation,” Elder said. “I said, ‘hey I hear you. You can say there’s no volunteers but I’m standing right in front of you honey and I’m here and we’re helping.'” There were however FEMA workers present but Elder didn’t tell them that. She said that once she talked them down, that FEMA was not actually confiscating supplies from locals, the militia left and then later came back with donations.

A new Marist College/NPR/PBS national survey finds Vice President Kamala Harris leading convicted felon former President Trump 52 to 47 percent among likely voters, an improvement – albeit a statistically insignificant one – over the 50 to 48 percent lead they found earlier this month.

A Fulton County, Georgia judge blocked a new rule instituted by the Trump-favoring majority of the state election board which ordered precincts to hand-count ballots, a measure designed to stoke disruption and problems with the voters’ ballots to sow doubt in the outcome, NBC News reports.

Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled that the requirement was implemented too close to Election Day, making it impossible to hire and train the employees needed to undertake the task and it would cause “administrative chaos.” Republicans vowed to appeal the decision because “administrative chaos” is what they actually want.

This election season is fraught; memories of January 6 have not faded away, regardless of one’s view of that date’s fame or infamy,” the judge wrote. “Anything that adds uncertainty and disorder to the electoral process disserves the public.”
