Mamdani 52 – Cuomo 28 in New York City: Fox News poll

A new Fox News survey of likely voters in New York City finds leftist Dem nominee Zohran Mamdani leading disgraced former state Governor Andrew Cuomo 52 to 28 percent and cartoonish vigilante AM radio host/2021 loser GOP nominee Curtis Sliwa at 14 percent in Gotham’s mayoral race.

Fox News also polled across the Hudson and found Dem New Jersey Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill leading MAGA 2021 gubernatorial election loser Jack Ciattarelli 50 to 45 percent among likely voters in the Garden State governor’s race, a slight tightening from the 50 to 42 percent lead Sherrill enjoyed in Fox’s poll last month. Fox News wants you to know this is now inside the margin of error.

Their article is very emphatic about that part of the poll findings. It’s big deal to them. New Jersey’s gotta step it up especially since Virginia appears to be a lost cause to them. They didn’t even bother polling the state, even though they’ve been fapping hard over Dem Attorney General nominee Jay Jones texting people about murdering Republicans or whatever the hell the jerkoff said.

John Bolton indicted

Surprising no one, former Trump National Security Advisor John Bolton was indicted by a federal grand jury in Maryland on Thursday, the AP reports, citing sources as the indictment has not been made public yet. It was definitely about his absconding with classified documents, however.

Again, this is different from the situations with James Comey and Letitia James. Bolton really did fuck this up and leave himself vulnerable to real prosecution. That it is political is besides the point as he simply gave Trump’s regime the opening and they took it. You do not have to be particularly upset over “weaponization” in here insomuch as it being a contrived bullshit case. It most likely isn’t.

That being said, prosecutors have discretion and if whatever Bolton had in his house was actually classified it obviously wasn’t sensitive enough for the Biden Justice Department to send the friggin FBI to raid his house and then indict him on these kind of charges, or even bother to repeatedly ask that he return them. That right there is your contrast with you know who and his legions of fanboys who claimed that it was just a “paperwork dispute” and that he could retroactively declassify the documents with his mind and all that other horseshit. The ones who said it was an atrocity to turn federal law enforcement against one’s political opponents – irrespective of their actual culpability.

The kind of thing that in retrospect was obviously a permission structure to even the score.

Seventh Circuit spikes Trump Chicago deployment appeal

“On October 4, 2025, President Donald Trump invoked his authority under 10 USC § 12406 to federalize and deploy members of the National Guard within Illinois, over the objection of the state’s Governor. He asserted that deploying the Guard in the state was necessary to quell violent assaults against federal immigration agents and property. The State of Illinois and the City of Chicago promptly sue President Trump and members of his administration, arguing that none of the statutory predicates for federalizing the Guard under § 12406 had been met, and that the federalization also violated the Tenth Amendment and the Posse Comitatus Act, 18 USC § 1385.”

“The district court granted plaintiffs’ request for a temporary restraining order, enjoining the administration from federalizing and deploying the Guard within Illinois. In the district court’s view of the factual record, neither of the predicate conditions for federalization proffered by the administration was present in Illinois: There was insufficient evidence of rebellion or a danger of a rebellion, 10 USC § 12406(2), nor was there sufficient evidence that the President was unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States. The administration immediately appealed and moved for a stay of the order pending appeal. Because we conclude that the district court’s factual findings at this preliminary stage were not clearly erroneous, and that the facts do not justify the President’s actions in Illinois under § 12406, even giving substantial deference to his assertions, we deny the administration’s motion for a stay pending appeal except to the extent we continue our stay of the portion of the order enjoining the federalization of the Guard,” says the Per Curiam ruling from a four judge panel at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Trump excited to waste more time with Putin in Budapest

“I have just concluded my telephone conversation with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, and it was a very productive one. President Putin congratulated me and the United States on the Great Accomplishment of Peace in the Middle East, something that, he said, has been dreamed of for centuries. I actually believe that the Success in the Middle East will help in our negotiation in attaining an end to the War with Russia/Ukraine. President Putin thanked the First Lady, Melania, for her involvement with children. He was very appreciative, and said that this will continue.”

“We also spent a great deal of time talking about Trade between Russia and the United States when the War with Ukraine is over. At the conclusion of the call, we agreed that there will be a meeting of our High Level Advisors, next week. The United States’ initial meetings will be led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, together with various other people, to be designated. A meeting location is to be determined. President Putin and I will then meet in an agreed upon location, Budapest, Hungary, to see if we can bring this ‘inglorious’ War, between Russia and Ukraine, to an end,” posted convicted felon President Trump on Thursday, adding that Zelensky is coming to DC on Friday.

So good that he got this out of the way BEFORE the Ukrainian president sits with him. Advantage always goes to the one that the fat bastard spoke with last and Kyiv knows this all too well.

“If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the Deal, we will have no choice but to go in and kill them. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” the President of Peace then posted.

LEGO crime syndicate disassembled by law enforcement

Everything was awesome, everything was cool for an organized LEGO shoplifting team, everything was awesome, until the Santa Rosa Police Department shattered the dream. KNTV reports that 39 year-old California man Robert Lopez, not pictured above because he and his gang aren’t literally LEGO criminals (duh), was arrested after cops executed a search warrant on his home and found at least $6,000 worth of the construction toys that Lopez had bought from a crew of shoplifters he regularly sent to Target and Walmart stores to procure. Lopez would then either open and part them out for sale to hobbyists making custom sets – cops found dozens of bins and drawers, some of them containing mini-figure heads categorized by facial expression – or just still boxed.

However what Lopez is likely really shitting bricks about is the not-tiny-nor-plastic pump-action shotgun with a drum-style magazine, assault rifle, loaded handgun, and ammo for all of which that the cops found in his home, none of which he’s permitted to have being a convicted felon. Maybe prosecutors could sift through the seized parts and build him a little jail as a going away present.

Judge orders ICE to wear bodycams in Chicago

An Illinois federal judge on Thursday ordered that all ICE agents conducting operations in Chicago be outfitted with bodycams while on-duty, the AP reports. Judge Sara Ellis made the ruling over the protestations of Trump Regime attorney Sean Skedzielewski, who blamed “one-sided and selectively edited media reports” for ICE getting a bad rap in Chi-Town, and yeah apparently this was his argument against the court ordering ICE to have their side of the story recorded.

Fucking dumbass. On the more practical matter of ordering its men to wear that which the agency locally does not already have in large quantity if they have any, Ellis said she understands and is “not expecting agents to wear body-worn cameras they do not have.” The judge then said that can be worked out and ordered the director of the ongoing “Operation Midway Blitz” to appear on Monday.

Florida Supreme Court spikes bid for bar investigation into Bondi

The Florida state Supreme Court this week told a coalition of Sunshine State lawyers this week to fuck off with their petition seeking an order to compel the state Bar Association to open an investigation into shitbag US Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

The Bar had earlier this year rejected lawyer Jon May’s request to open an ethics investigation on jurisdictional grounds, saying in a formal response that it “does not investigate or prosecute sitting officers appointed under the US Constitution while they are in office.”

Few Americans actually buying into the “MAHA” bullshit

A new Axios/Ipsos national survey finds that “When it comes to Donald Trump and Robert F Kennedy Jr’s healthcare policies, 19 percent feel that they have made the country healthier, while 41 percent think they have made the country less healthy; 36 percent say that they have not made much impact. The announcement of the website TrumpRx, where consumers can buy prescription drugs directly, has not registered widely with the public. Just 18 percent say they are familiar with this news and small shares currently say they would be likely to buy drugs directly from the website.”

“Many Americans (58 percent) heard the claim from the administration that there may be a link between Tylenol use among pregnant women and autism in children. Just 19 percent say they believe there’s a link between Tylenol use in pregnancy and autism, while 43 percent reject this connection and 37 percent say they are unsure. Attitudes fallout along partisan lines. A strong majority of Democrats (72 percent) believe there is no link between use of the drug and autism in children. Among Republicans, 21 percent say there is not a link, while 33 percent think there likely is a link and 44 percent say they are not sure,” the findings continued as if any of this is surprising.

Oversight Dems demand info on Maxwell transfer to Club Fed

“I write to express grave concern about the Department of Justice’s (DOJ’s) ongoing refusal to provide Congress with meaningful information about the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and the deeply troubling reports of preferential treatment for his co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell.”

“Specifically, I am alarmed by: (1) DOJ’s refusal for nearly two months to provide substantive information regarding progress producing files relating to Jeffrey Epstein; and (2) the now months-long failure by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to respond to urgent and deeply troubling questions concerning the preferential treatment that BOP has accorded to convicted sex offender Ghislaine Maxwell. Taken together, these failures heighten suspicion of a cover-up of Epstein-related information by the DOJ and Trump Administration. We will not tolerate defiance of lawful congressional subpoenas, or any effort by the DOJ to collude with Ghislaine Maxwell to further a cover-up,” writes Oversight Ranking Dem Robert Garcia to dipshit Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Regime’s farmer bailout plan unlikely to come in time

Convicted felon President Trump’s half-assed plan to bail out farmers getting schlonged by his stupid trade war with China is increasingly unlikely to come in time to help his voters, Politico reports, writing that the agriculture industry is now making their decisions on what and how much to plant for next year’s crops – and are paralyzed by indecision from the MAGA reich.

“Not only is market access a challenge with where we sell our goods, but we will start to see a spike in food prices,” said Oscar Gonzales, a top aide to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack during both the Obama and Biden administrations. “We’re starting to reach that precarious zone of not allowing farmers the tools, the commitments that they need to plan – it’s upon us already, to be honest.”

“The frustration is overwhelming. US soybean prices are falling, harvest is underway, and farmers read headlines not about securing a trade agreement with China, but that the US government is extending $20 billion in economic support to Argentina while that country drops its soybean export taxes to sell 20 shiploads of Argentine soybeans to China in just two days,” American Soybean Association President Caleb Ragland said in a statement. And yes, you guessed it, he’s MAGA.

“Like many of my fellow farmers, I voted for President Donald Trump in the past three elections. The president won me over with his commitment to business-friendly tax cuts as well as his track record of reducing regulation and cutting government spending,” Ragland wrote in the Free Press in April.

Record number of Americans underwater on auto loans

“More Americans are finding themselves upside down on their car loans, according to the car shopping experts at Edmunds. Q3 2025 data from Edmunds shows that a growing share of owners are trading in vehicles worth less than what they owe – and the debt they are rolling forward is only growing: More than one in four new vehicle trade-ins are underwater, a four-year high. 28.1 percent of trade-ins toward new-car purchases had negative equity, up from 26.6 percent in Q2 2025 and 24.2 percent in Q1 2025. This is the highest share Edmunds has on record since Q1 2021, when 31.9 percent of new-car trade-ins were upside down,” says auto industry house Edmunds in a report.

“Americans with upside-down car loans owe more than ever. The average amount owed on upside-down loans hit a record $6,905 in Q3, edging past the previous high of $6,880 in Q1 2025. Nearly one in three underwater car owners owe between $5,000 and $10,000 in debt – a new record. 32.9 percent of negative-equity trade-ins fell into this range in Q3, up from 32.6 percent in Q2 and continuing a steady climb since last year. A record share of underwater car loans are carrying five-figure debt. Nearly one in four trade-ins with negative equity carried more than $10,000 in debt in Q3, surpassing the previous high of 24.6 percent set in Q4 2024. Another 8.3 percent of trade-ins with negative equity carried more than $15,000 in debt, up from 7.7 percent in Q2 2025.”

The February 6, 2024 Breitbart report headlined “Credit Card and Auto Loan Delinquencies Surge on Back of Bidenflation” won’t display on the page, despite other articles from around the same period loading just fine. Similarly, despite picking up the quarterly Edmunds report in March 2024 and headlining it with “Americans increasingly upside down on auto loans as used car values fall,” Fox Business News has not once this year covered the analyst group’s updates. Interesting, huh?

Karen Brewers fan loses job for “ICE” threat on Dodgers fan

Very Karen-esque Milwaukee Brewers fan Shannon Kobylarczyk has been canceled from her job as an executive at a staffing agency and the board of directors at Make-A-Wish Wisconsin after getting caught on camera Tuesday joking to “call ICE” on Latino Dodgers fan Ricardo Fosado as Los Angeles led 4-1 during the 7th inning of their eventual NLCS game 2 win in Milwaukee, USA Today reports.

Fosado, who had added the playoff game to his itinerary during a business trip to Chicago, had stood up to record the Wisconsin crowd around him, taunting them gleefully with “Why’s everyone so quiet?!?” The Karen scowled at him and pointed to the “Happy Thursday” canned cocktail in his hand yelling “Real men drink beer you pussy!” She then tapped the back of another Brewers fan in front of her and said “Call ICE, call ICE,” to which Fosado said he’s a US citizen and a Navy veteran.

Kobylarczyk then called security and Fosado was ejected from the game. The next day she was ejected from both of her jobs, with the Manpower Group writing “As soon as we became aware of this video the individual was placed on immediate leave and we began an investigation. As a result of this process, the employee is no longer with the organization. We remain committed to maintaining a culture grounded in respect, integrity, and accountability,” in a reply to Fosella’s video.

No Kings organizaers getting ready for violence – against them

Chip Gibbons, policy director for Defending Rights and Dissent, one of the key organizers of Saturday’s No Kings protests, tells NOTUS the coalition is preparing for things to get ugly.

“We have a very volatile situation in which these federal forces are not wanted in these cities, and they’re behaving very aggressively towards the people there – being very provocative, attacking or arresting people who are filming them or protesting them,” said Gibbons. “There is some belief that Trump wants incidents like this to occur, because then it can justify what he’s doing even further. I would be very concerned about these federal forces trying to provoke one of the protests.”
