“A Kentucky man pleaded guilty and was sentenced last week to one year and one day in prison and one year of supervised release in the District of Eastern Louisiana for committing a federal hate crime. According to court documents, Brian Adams, 24, of Paintsville, Kentucky, transmitted a threat to a fifth-grade class at the Laureate Academy Charter School on or about Oct 14, 2020. At the time, the school was conducting class virtually over Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
“Specifically, Adams used racial epithets against the students and teachers and threatened to ‘hang them by a tree.’ Adams pleaded guilty to one count of transmitting threatening communications. The court found that Adams’ actions were motivated by hate,” says a Department of Justice press release that leaves out a few details found in a 2022 report by the Grio that the kids were mostly Black, Adams used the N-word repeatedly and caused them to cry as he screamed his hateful abuse, and that he posted a recording of “the Zoom-bombing” of the New Orleans elementary charter school’s virtual class… classes that were canceled for the next two days after the attack.
Republican former North Dakota state Senator Ray Holmberg on Monday signed an agreement to plead guilty in a federal court to charges that he traveled to the Czech Republic repeatedly to have sex with underage girls, the coda to a 45 year career in politics in the desolate state that ended in 2022 when he was caught texting a known child pornographer, the North Dakota Monitor reports.
The plea agreement drops the child porn counts for which Holmberg was indicted last year along with the charge of traveling with the intent to rape a minor for a series of trips he took to the Czech Republic between 2011 and 2016. Holmberg had served 45 years in the state Senate and chaired the appropriations committee at the time he was exposed as a pedophile. He may have appropriated himself the scratch needed to cover his vile sex vacations in eastern Europe as the AP found he spent at least $126,000 in state funds for travel over the last decade. The 79 year-old was a school counselor at his day job until he retired so who knows what the fuck else he might’ve done.
Convicted felon former President Trump on Monday toggled the caps lock and posted “DRUG TEST FOR CROOKED JOE BIDEN??? I WOULD, ALSO, IMMEDIATELY AGREE TO ONE!!!” as if a company such as CNN wouldn’t have the resources to administer a piss test to both men prior to the debate.
If we’re going to indulge this then we guess it’s on the Biden campaign and CNN to call the bluff and schedule it for Thursday evening in Atlanta, maybe even have Jake Tapper and Dana Bash read the results right at the beginning just to embarrass the fat bastard and throw him off his “game.”
In related news, CNN on Monday printed an article headlined “First debate of the cycle has a history tripping up former presidents,” and by that they mean “incumbents,” since historically the sitting president has had a hard time in their first round with a challenger who is fresher off of multiple face-offs against primary opponents. It’s not until the twelfth paragraph that they finally mention that “Trump skipped this year’s Republican primary debates, passing up a training exercise past challengers have enjoyed. In some ways, that puts both men on equal footing when they walk onto Thursday’s debate stage,” which in some ways undermines the article’s entire premise.
Almost as stupid and mainstream media circlejerky on Monday was the New York Times’s “The Voters Watching the Debate With a Hand Over Their Eyes,” quoting from apprehensive libs worrying about how Biden will fare against the fat fuck. “I’m fearful, I really am,” said one Dem voter hailing from The Villages, Florida (lol). For “balance,” the Times includes quotes from Philly-area Trump fans saying shit like Donald “has [Biden] in the debate, hands down,” and another declaring the Orange Allah “is going to eat him up and spit him out. I’m going to make popcorn. I’m having a party.”
Pride month is so defeated.

Yeah, Addison Smith turned off the replies to this tweet. Yet still the Newsmax and OANN alum persisted in celebrating his engagement to his lovely bride-to-be… by posting more on Twitter.
From a press release by North Carolina-based law firm Cranfill Sumner LLP on partner Mica Nguyen Worthy’s lawsuit against NASA for the International Space Station losing a bolt which then fell on a Naples, Florida family’s home: “On March 8, 2024, a piece of space debris hit the family home of Alejandro Otero, while his son Daniel was present and left a sizable hole from the roof through the sub-flooring. The space debris was confirmed by NASA to be from its flight support equipment used to mount the batteries on the cargo pallet. The Oteros retained Worthy to navigate the insurance and legal process and to make a formal claim against NASA. The damages for the Otero family members include non-insured property damage loss, business interruption damages, emotional / mental anguish damages, and the costs for assistance from third parties required in the process.
“Additionally, the Oteros’ homeowner’s insurance carrier submitted a simultaneous claim for the damages to the property that it had subrogated. ‘Space debris is a real and serious issue because of the increase in space traffic in recent years,’ Worthy emphasized. She had previously written on the Kessler Effect, where the density of space debris in low Earth orbit becomes so great as to cause catastrophic collisions and a ‘cascading’ effect of damage both in orbit and on the surface of the Earth. This space debris claim is historical in that it involves a ‘real life example’ of the consequences of space debris surviving to the Earth’s surface. How NASA responds to her claim will form the foundation upon which the legal landscape in this field will be built,” the release continued.
Infowars really doomed
A federal bankruptcy court trustee on Sunday filed an “emergency motion” to block the families of the Sandy Hook massacre victims from immediately collecting what they can from the $1.5 billion Alex Jones owes them for calling the school shooting a hoax, with trustee Chris Murray arguing he needs time to “wind down” and “liquidate” the Infowars propaganda empire, the AP reports.
It’s the first time that Murray has indicated publicly of his intent to “conduct an orderly wind-down” and asset sell-off of Infowars, with the move coming in response to a Texas state judge on Friday granting one of the families’ motion to begin collecting $20 million from Jones’s bank accounts. Even if it’s accurate to say Murray is “blocking” them, it should be clear that he’s simply trying to make sure this all proceeds in an orderly fashion and one that would maximize the payouts to the families who suffered so terribly and then even more so due to Jones’s bullshit. The pie’s only so big and there should only be one guy holding the knife to ensure everyone gets an equally-sized slice of it.
A Michigan lawmaker arrested last week following a confrontation with an employee of a local establishment alleged in a Monday radio hit that he’s being framed by shadowy forces aimed at toppling him, the Detroit News quotes him saying that “just the way events unfolded it was very clear to me that something wasn’t right and I was being framed and trying to be framed and being set up. And that’s how these people work, you know? And it’s just so frustrating. It’s just amazing to me how desperate people are that they go to these kinds of lengths to try to destroy someone.”
The lawmaker of course is far right Michigan state Representative Neil Friske who was arrested at 2:45 AM Friday in Lansing after chasing a stripper while armed with a gun. Local DA John Dewane’s office have asked Lansing police to further investigate claims of sexual assault, assault, and a weapons offense in regard to the incident, one that Friske told MAGA radio show “Your Defending Fathers” was some kind of set-up, but “can’t really comment on the specifics of things.” Friske added that he’s got a “long road ahead” to resolving the charges but was “very optimistic… People see right through this. It’s a century old game that’s not even new. My campaign is full steam ahead.”
“I am not suspending my campaign. That is not what I feel like God wants me to do. That is not the message I am getting from my supporters. And I’ve not done anything wrong, so why on earth would I do that?” Friske continued, as if we didn’t already fucking get it a long time ago that such unaccountability is the operating principle of the American Republican politician in the 21st century.
British officials aren’t quite sure what happened to King Charles’s 73 year-old sister Anne before she was hospitalized with a concussion on Sunday after an incident at her country home, but they suspect there was horseplay involved given the nature of her injury, CBS News reports.
“The Princess Royal has sustained minor injuries and concussion following an incident on the Gatcombe Park estate yesterday evening. Her Royal Highness remains in Southmead Hospital, Bristol, as a precautionary measure for observation and is expected to make a full and swift recovery. The King has been kept closely informed and joins the whole Royal Family in sending his fondest love and well-wishes to The Princess for a speedy recovery,” said the palace in a statement.
Verbatim from CBS’s reportage: “The cause of Anne’s injuries is still being investigated, but it is understood there were horses nearby at the time and her injuries are consistent with an impact to the head from a horse’s leg or hoof.” Anne’s planned trip to Canada has been cancelled out of an abundance of caution for her health and possibly also just in case a moose wants to get famous too.
Hyping up his almost certain to be a dead-end lawsuit against the state of New York for prosecuting his Orange God Emperor on Newsmax, far right Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey went there Monday by saying “Look, no one would’ve tolerated it if 1860 a rogue DA in South Carolina had prosecuted Lincoln for speaking out on abolition issues and taken him off the campaign trail.”
We don’t even really need to get in the weeds of political history about how presidential elections were very different in 1860 with facts like that there was no presidential ballot in the state that year since the presidential electors were chose by the state legislature until 1868 or that Lincoln wasn’t even on the ballot in the other southern states. We can just go with the fact that “a rogue DA in South Carolina” needn’t have bothered with prosecuting Lincoln because they seceded the month after he was elected and then attacked Fort Sumter to begin the Civil War the next spring.
“That’s exactly what’s happening now,” Bailey added, emphasize his point about the parallels.
Various members of the House COVID Select Subcommittee spoke to CNN about their investigation headed up by retiring Republican Congressman Brad Wenstrup, a podiatrist, and Dem ranking member Paul Ruiz, an MD – as in an actual doctor – about how they were either trying to skirt around blaming the Orange God Emperor for the failed response to the crisis that was plainly exacerbated by his panic over his reelection chances being affected or, in the Dems’ case, blaming him correctly.
“Moderate” dipshit Republican New York Marc Molinaro, a former local public health official, acknowledged that the federal government’s response in the early days of the pandemic was “disorganized” but didn’t name Trump specifically. He also hinted that those who did correctly criticize the far bastard don’t actually “understand emergency response in this country,” as if Trump himself had any fucking clue what he was doing. “We have a tendency to say, ‘Pay no attention to all the crisis, all of the problem, all of the undermining that occurred in states like New York and around the country, look over there, Donald Trump said something we don’t like.'”
“We can’t allow ourselves in something like this to let politics take over,” Wenstrup told CNN. “We need to have a group of agnostic people, apolitical people,” he added as if Marjorie Taylor Greene hadn’t had a screaming meltdown at Anthony Fauci. Wenstrup didn’t want to talk about her.
“On Saturday, June 22nd, at approximately 7:00 am Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on I-90 eastbound near the Highway 42 Exit in Olmsted County. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Margo Lewis, a 32-year-old female of an unknown residence, was out of the vehicle and being tended to by a passerby. In checking to see if anyone else was in the vehicle, a deceased individual, a 35-year-old female, was located in the back seat,” says a Facebook post by the Olmsted County, Minnesota Sheriff’s Office. No mention there if the responding deputy is currently about eight months pregnant and wife to a renowned duck stamp painter or former Duluth cop turned US postman. But it gets a heck more interesting, so read on why dontcha…
“The condition of the deceased was suspicious, and it was immediately apparent that the death was not a result of the motor vehicle accident. The name of the deceased will be withheld until Next-of-Kin notifications are made. Ms Lewis was transported by Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service to the hospital, where she was medically cleared. Ms Lewis was then transported to the Adult Detention Center and placed under arrest for Interference with a Dead Body. Ms Lewis is expected to make an appearance in court on this case on Tuesday. Minnesota State Patrol, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Eyota Fire Department, and Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service assisted with the initial call. As this is an ongoing investigation, no further information can be released at this time. Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office extends sincere condolences to the friends and family of the deceased.”
Ohhhh gee… Seems we got us another mysterious murder that’s taking up best the first 10 minutes of a season opener. Heck, we haven’t even gotten to see if Margo or the deceased – or even the both them – is a wife of that constitutional sheriff fella in North Dakota. And betcha the VIN number on the vehicle is worth a check to see if it’s been nicked from a lot. Gee, this is gonna be a mess.

The US Supreme Court on Monday granted certiorari to US v Skrmetti, a question of whether Tennessee’s SB1, “which prohibits all medical treatments intended to allow ‘a minor to identify with, or live as, a purported identity inconsistent with the minor’s sex’ or to treat ‘purported discomfort or distress from a discordance between the minor’s sex and asserted identity,’ violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment,” Slate’s Mark Joseph Stern reports.
A spokesman for the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division confirmed to NOTUS that Texas MAGA Congressman Troy Nehls – the cunt who openly admitted he wanted to impeach Joe Biden to help convicted felon former President Trump get reelected – is wearing a Combat Infantryman Badge he did not actually earn in combat with enemy personnel and was issued mistakenly during tours in Iraq and Afghanistan in which Nehls served as a civil affairs officer. Nehls has argued “Big Army” is out to get him and that he’s entitled to wear it since the division fought many battles over the last 23 years.
“The 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) follows the Army’s regulatory guidance prescribed in the service’s guide on Military Awards, also known as AR 600-22,” said Lt Col Tony Hoefler, spokesperson for the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell. “For specific award discrepancies involving former Soldiers, I would refer you to the team at US Army Human Resources Command.”

In news very much related to Fraulein Leavitt’s meltdown on Monday, here’s an excerpt from the Washington Examiner’s Byron Dork York trying to balance the reality of the situation with obsequiousness in a brief interview with the Orange God Emperor in an interview about the debate:
A lot of Republicans were baffled in May after Trump quickly agreed when Biden challenged him to two debates, the first with CNN and the second with ABC News. Some in the GOP were skeptical, suspecting the debates would be structured and conducted in a way to disadvantage Trump. When asked about how the deal came about and so quickly, Trump said it was the result of what he believes was failed gamesmanship on the part of the Biden campaign.
“What they did, I’m pretty sure, is that they approached me with a debate that I couldn’t take,” Trump explained. “Dana Bash, Jake Tapper” – Trump referred to the CNN anchor as “Fake Tapper” throughout – “no audience, sitting down, originally sitting down, a dead debate, turn off the mikes when you’re not speaking so I can’t interrupt him… They knew I wouldn’t accept that because it was CNN, Dana Bash, Jake Tapper, I like an audience and probably he doesn’t, who knows? So they thought they would present it, I would say no, and they would say we can’t debate because Trump said no. So I said yes before they even gave me the terms. So he got roped into it.”
Naturally Dork doesn’t correct the fat bastard on the sequence of how it played out: Trump agreed to the debate before CNN publicly announced that Tapper and Bash would be moderating it.
German intel sources have concluded with a high degree of certainty that a fire at an electronics factory in the southwest Berlin neighborhood of Lichterfelde last month was an act of sabotage by Russian-paid fifth columnists seeking to disrupt the flow of weaponry to Ukraine given that the factory’s owner, Diehl Group, supplies anti-air defense systems to Kyiv, Business Insider reports.
One problem: This specific factory manufactures parts strictly for automotive and electronic applications, meaning that all the Russians accomplished was to raise Diehl’s insurance premiums.
Per the Wall Street Journal, sources are highly confident it was an inside job by an employee with knowledge of the factory who had been recruited by the Kremlin via Telegram and paid with crypto to carry out the arson as an allied intel service had intercepted messages saying as much. The problem for prosecutors is that such evidence would not be admissible in a German court. Unknown if the son of a bitch who lit the fire has been waylaid through other, possibly extrajudicial, means.
Disgraced former President Trump took a trip from his summer retreat in Bedminster, New Jersey back to Mar-a-Lago in Florida to “check on the boxes” in July 2022, just under a month before the FBI raided the Palm Beach redoubt to recover the classified documents the fat fuck stole from the White House following his defeat in the 2020 election, ABC News reports on a previously unknown detail about his consciousness of guilt that came up in multiple grand jury interviews.
“They were keeping this one quiet… nobody knew about this trip,” one witness told investigators with Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith’s team. In a text message to another Trump minion based at Mar-a-Lago obtained by prosecutors, personal valet and co-conspirator Walt Nauta wrote he was “pretty sure [Trump] wants minimal people around on Monday.” Another message sent by Nauta to a different employee included emojis with zippers over the mouth. The latest reveal of the fat bastard’s obvious efforts to obstruct federal investigators after he was subpoenaed for the documents’ return comes before corrupt MAGA Judge Aileen Cannon is set to hear more arguments in the Orange Slob’s efforts to dismiss the indefinitely stalled case on Monday.
On Friday Team Trump had argued that Attorney General Merrick Garland’s appointing of Smith to serve as special counsel is unconstitutional because he had never been confirmed by the Senate to any other position, stating that Trump’s second AG Bill Barr had never appointed any special counsel had not been confirmed to another post. Per Just Security’s Adam Klasfeld, Smith countered by pointing out that Barr had appointed no fewer than three non-confirmed special counsels during his first stint as Attorney General during the George HW Bush Administration in 1991 and 1992.
Said former Trump Org Vice President Barbara Res to MSNBC’s Ali Velshi on Sunday: “It reminds me of a time when we had just hired a residential manager, a German guy. And Donald was bragging among, to us executives, there were four of us, about how great the guy was and he was a real gentleman, and he was so neat and clean. And he looked at a couple of our executives who happen to be Jewish, and he said ‘Watch out for this guy, he sort of remembers the ovens,’ you know, and then smiled. Everybody was shocked. I couldn’t believe he said that. But he was making a joke about the Nazi ovens and killing people, and that’s the way he was.” But libs are the real antisemites.
Republican Virginia Governor Glen Youngkin’s education officials attempted to edit the course guide for an elective African American studies course available in state high schools to erase references to things like white supremacy and systemic racism from lessons, the Washington Post reports.
Youngkin’s Department of Education reviewed the curriculum for the class as part of his pledge to eliminate “divisive” concepts from state schools, following petite Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s effort to purge accurate history from his state’s schools.
In their recommendations, Youngkin’s education misinformation specialists removed references to “white privilege” and “white supremacy” as well as deleted descriptions of “inherent racism” and “systemic racism.” In one case, a reference to the “war on persistence of institutional racism” was edited to read “the persistent war on racism.”
