The DNC on Friday already has 10 billboards rented in Milwaukee to remind locals that convicted felon former President Trump called their city “horrible” on Thursday, Politico Playbook reports.
This is the second time in a week that Trump has suggested increasing legal immigration.
Sounds like Trump’s second term will be great for corporations, immigrants, and Israel… pretty much exactly like his first term. https://t.co/qq3aJZPNrq

Okay, we kind of lied in the headline. Niger’s top court, recently established by the ruling junta following last year’s coup is actually called the “State Court,” not the “Supreme Court.”
But the rest of it is accurate, as the AP reports that the Nigerien State Court on Friday ruled former President Mohamed Bazoum can face trial for high treason and undermining national security, the same alleged offenses for which he was deposed and later arrested when he tried to flee the turbulent West African country. Outsiders such as Human Rights Watch have decried that the proceedings so far have been marred by serious irregularities and that Bazoum is being screwed by lack of access to counsel, ability to present evidence, and to be heard before an independent court.
The West African regional bloc ECOWAS’s highest court last year also called for Bazoum to be released and restored to office, which might kind of indicate that this really is a miscarriage of justice – whether or not Bazoum is a good guy or was a decent enough leader – and that the soldiers who overthrew him were a bunch of fucking punks and probably traitors themselves. The country was a front and Bazoum a security partner in the West’s fight against ISIS – the only one in the region, per the AP. Since the coup however all US and French troops have been expelled.
Convicted felon former President Trump’s team of scumbag lawyers this week bitched mightily at President Joe Biden, former lawyer Michael Cohen, and pornstar Stormy Daniels in a little-noticed filing citing more bullshit reasons why the gag order still in place after the Manhattan 2016 election interference trial should be lifted ahead of Donald’s sentencing next month, ABC News reports.
“On May 31, following carefully scripted remarks about the verdict at a press conference, President Biden offered a disturbing grin to the gathered media cameras when asked whether President Trump is his ‘political prisoner,'” the lawyers wrote in the filing, once again acting as if the gag order prohibits Trump from campaigning against his opponent. Crying about those whom the order actually prevents Donald from shitposting about, the filing also mentions how Stormy Daniels told the Daily Mail that Melania Trump should leave her unfaithful slob of a husband and less specifically bemoaned Michael Cohen’s constant podcasting and other media appearances since the verdict.
Congresswoman Gwen Moore of Wisconsin’s 4th Congressional District–which includes parts of Milwaukee County–highlights the irony of Donald Trump complaining about crime in Milwaukee, where the Republican National Convention will be held in July, after Trump is sentenced after his conviction in his election interference hush money trial.
“Again, I don’t know many people in Milwaukee who have 34 felony counts against him,” Moore comments. “So our crime rate is sure gonna go up when he joins us in Milwaukee this July.”
Hunter Biden dropped a computer fraud and data theft lawsuit against Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Robert Costello he filed after Giuliani started distributing a hard drive of data allegedly taken from a laptop at a Wilmington computer repair shop, NBC News reports.
Biden’s lawsuit contended that Giuliani and Costello illegally obtained, manipulated and distributed data from Biden’s “devices or storage platforms.” Biden withdrew the lawsuit because Giuliani is in bankruptcy court, and nothing could be decided until that process finishes. “As Giuliani is in bankruptcy and agreed to have the case waiting for when he is done, it made no sense to continue it in a non-bankruptcy court until that happens,” a source close to Biden said.
While Biden has never acknowledged ownership of the computer found at the Wilmington repair shop owned by a legally-blind tam fancier, officials have confirmed some of the documents being distributed are authentic but no agency has authenticated the “laptop” nor have they authenticated all the documents claiming to be from the laptop.
“Democrats are also hitting you on this comment you made about Milwaukee, the host city for the RNC for the convention and they seem to believe that you said it was a horrible city,” the Fox stenographer says plaintively as she tries to give Donald Trump a huge opportunity to walk back his insults of the Wisconsin city on national television. “Can you just nip this in the bud and clarify what you meant?” she begs, obviously trying to give him an opportunity to please, say something nice about Milwaukee.
“Well, I think it was very clear what I meant,” Trump responds, buttering up his size 9-narrow loafer before inserting it in his mouth and not praising the host city. “I said we’re very concerned with crime.”
A new study found 43% of American gun owners keep their firearms loaded and half of the people who keep their guns loaded do not keep the loaded weapons stored securely, an extreme danger particularly that leads to children’s deaths, ABC News reports. The leading cause of death in children under the age of 19 is weapons, with accidental shootings and suicides as two of the largest subsegments.
In the Center for Disease Control and Prevention study, households in eight states were questioned for the study: Alaska, California, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio and Oklahoma. Safe storage practices varied across the country, but households in North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Nevada had the highest rates of unsafe gun storage.
As Donald Trump’s poll numbers sink and Joe Biden’s rise in polls following Trump felony convictions, Republicans are desperate to misinform their audience with recirculating conspiracy theories that “the elders” in the “Democrat Party” are going to reject President Joe Biden’s nomination as the incumbent sitting for reelection after dominating in the primaries.
“No, I think you’re exactly right. I think that’s a real true potential for that happening, and I don’t know if it was Joe Biden’s decision or the rest of those Democrat elders. They have made that decision for him,” the modern Michele Bachmann concludes without actually recognizing that the “decision” she’s speaking about is a complete fiction.

Behold the Powerpoint slide above all other Powerpoint slides. In the 419 slides shown during the prosecution’s summation of Donald Trump’s Manhattan election interference hush money case, Alvin Bragg’s office created a summation within a summation, placing it as the next-to-last slide in the presentation to stick with the jury. The slide lays out Trump’s direct involvement in the planning, execution and cover-up of the crimes. They also included a handy “Confession” section.
It takes a lot to be too toxic for Tucker Carlson, the propagandist who gave powderpuff interviews to strongman murderers Vladimir Putin and Viktor Orban. Apparently, Alex Jones’s billion-dollar defamation lawsuit decision and subsequent bankruptcy liquidation were enough for Carlson to axe Jones from his upcoming conspiracy tour.
Jones was scheduled to be Carlson’s “special guest” at a September tour stop in Milwaukee, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, but now Carlson’s website lists the events where Jones was expected as “TBA.” Don’t worry, conspiracy fans: the dates with Roseanne Barr, Glenn Beck and Russell Brand are still set.
Justice Department: “A Fort Worth man has been charged with threatening an FBI agent involved in a high-profile investigation, announced US Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Leigha Simonton. Timothy Muller, 43, was charged via criminal complaint on Thursday with interstate threatening communications and influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a federal official. He was arrested outside his home on Thursday morning without incident. According to the complaint, Mr Muller allegedly placed a call to an FBI special agent at 5:03 pm on June 11.”
“The agent was known to have been involved in an investigation into a laptop belonging to [Hunter Biden]. Shortly before Mr Muller allegedly placed his call to the agent, media outlets reported that [Hunter Biden] had been convicted following a trial related to a 2018 firearm purchase. According to the complaint, Mr Muller said, ‘hey,’ and the agent disconnected the call. Mr Muller immediately called back and allegedly left a one-minute and five-second message threatening the agent and his family: ‘You can run, but you can’t fucking hide,’ Mr Muller allegedly said. ‘You covered up child pornography. You covered up [Hunter Biden] raping his own fucking niece.'”
“‘So here’s how it’s gonna go,’ Mr Muller allegedly continued. ‘Trump’s gonna win the re-election, and then we’re gonna fucking go through the FBI and just start throwing you fuckers into jail. Or, you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out, and we’ll hunt you fuckers down and slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are in your own fucking homes. In your own fucking beds.'”
“‘The last thing you’ll ever hear are the horrified shrieks of your widow and orphans. And then you know what we’re going to do? … We’re going to slaughter your whole fucking family.’ Mr Muller then allegedly sent the agent several texts, writing, ‘How’s the family? Safe?’ and ‘Did you fuckers really think you were going to disenfranchise 75 million Americans and not die? Lol.'”
Satisfied with losing one-fifth of its stock price as the company addresses lowering sales and exploding batteries, Tesla’s shareholders re-approved social media troll Elon Musk’s $56 billion pay package, CNBC reports. It’s a purely symbolic act, thumbing the corporate nose at the Delaware corporate judge who ruled Musk’s compensation plan wasn’t faithfully negotiated because Musk controlled the members of the board who negotiated it.
A group of shareholders successfully sued in Delaware, where Tesla is incorporated, to void the deal saying the board would have uncritically approved anything Musk presented, breaching their fiduciary responsibilities. While the court’s order to renegotiate Musk’s compensation again stands, Musk can use the vote as justification for reimposing the old agreement or a similar one.
In a bit of spite, Tesla’s shareholders also approved a Musk-demanded motion to officially relocate the corporate headquarters from Delaware to Texas.
While the United States Congress suffers from a general lack of intelligence on the conservative side of the aisle, the UK Parliament could get its first AI member after the next general election, NBC News reports. The candidate “AI Steve” wants to represent Brighton and Hove, a city on England’s southern coast, and will be represented in the physical form by Steve Endacott, a local businessman who vows to let his AI counterpart make all his voting decisions.
“AI Steve is the AI co-pilot,” Endacott explained. “I’m the real politician going into Parliament, but I’m controlled by my co-pilot.” The system, represented by an avatar that looks like a healthier Doug Burgum, takes information and questions in and then processes the information to determine policies. If it doesn’t have a pre-existing policy, it will solicit information from users.
AI Steve isn’t the first AI candidate; a wily American in Wyoming put the AI creation VIC on the ballot for mayor of Cheyenne, vowing the AI bot will make all key decisions in office.
Florida MAGA Congressman and shitty home improvement enthusiast Greg Steube tells Fox News that on Friday he’ll be introducing a bill to rename the US Exclusive Economic Zone – the 12 mile buffer before international waters around the American shores on the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans – to the “Donald John Trump Exclusive Economic Zone of the United States.”
Steube told Fox that Trump “cares about the strength and resilience of our oceans… During his time in office, President Trump took several commendable actions for our oceans as part of his work to make America strong, secure, and economically prosperous. I’m honored to introduce legislation that will rename our coastal waters after President Trump and serve as a reminder of his many contributions to our nation for generations to come.” And yes there are grown men who act like this.
The Murdoch outlets are so desperate to distract from @POTUS's record that they just lie.
Here, they use an artificially narrow frame to hide from viewers that he just saw a skydiving demonstration.

Convicted felon former President Trump on Thursday vowed to destroy former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s 2024 Senate campaign, telling Fox News’s Aishah Hasnie he’ll be endorsing Hogan.
“I’d like to see him win. I think he has a good chance to win… I know other people made some strong statements, but I can just say from my standpoint, I’m about the party and I’m about the country, and I would like to see him win,” said Trump just two weeks after his campaign Chris LaCivita had offered Hogan a bit of moderate street cred by freaking out over a tweet in which the former governor had asked people to respect the outcome before Trump was actually convicted.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin on Thursday announced his investigation into far right Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has found that Clarence took “three additional gifted private trips” from Texas MAGA billionaire “Harlan Crow, which Thomas failed to disclose.”
All we have here is a tweet as Durbin did not link to any press release or staff report with further details about the destinations and/or nature of the trips. We’re sure they were fun though.

Wrong. Total bullshit. He never said it like how it’s been falsely characterized as. He was talking about how terrible crime and voter fraud are. https://t.co/BH0Q7exswB

There were four different explanations from all five Republican Wisconsin congressmen on the record after convicted felon former President Trump said Milwaukee was a horrible place. And this is not like the journalistic record, this is from the campaign press shop that Cheung actually runs.
A massive saltwater crocodile who was stalking residents of a Northern Territories, Australia aboriginal community until he was shot by a wildlife ranger probably wouldn’t have appreciated the irony that the very humans whom he sought to consume ended up consuming him. Like even if the ranger said “Oy, found ye now, cunt! Just goin’eh load up the ol rifle-roo and blast a hole in yeh big croco skully so them abrigonie blokes can cook up eh nice barbie feast!” the croc probably wouldn’t have stopped to remark to himself upon how devilish of a predicament of his very doing.
The hunter now the hunted. The predator now the prey. The carnivore now the carnivor-ized.
And so on. None of that went through his head whether or not the ranger had let the croc know what was coming, because as far as we know aquatic reptiles are incapable of appreciating irony.
