Putin’s army lashed out on Monday in continued frustration over the devastating weekend attack on the Kerch Strait bridge, with at least eight civilians killed in a single strike on Kyiv, the AP reports.
At least 10 cities were hit, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who said the Russians “chose such a time and such targets on purpose to inflict the most damage.”
