Trump-appointed federal Judge Karen Immergut on Sunday ordered a halt to the far fuck’s insane deployment of the California National Guard to Portland, deeming it an attempted circumvention of her Saturday night order blocking Oregon guard from deploying, AllRise’s Adam Klasfeld reports.
Immergut said she sees the regime’s actions as a “direct contravention” of her first order, adding “It appears to violate both [10 USC §] 12406 and the Tenth Amendment” of the Constitution.
