With Jim Jordan’s latest spectacular public failure trying to secure the House Speakership, Republican leadership–well, what there is of it–have announced a new Speaker candidate forum scheduled for Monday, October 23rd, with the internal vote slated for the following day, per reporting from Jake Sherman. Candidates must file their intent to run with Elise Stefanik by noon on Sunday.
