Judges deny all motions to dismiss Hunter Biden California case

A three-judge panel denied all eight motions to dismiss made by Hunter Biden’s attorneys relating to the tax fraud charges he faces in California. A judge who initially heard the case last week questioned the validity of one of the arguments, which he said lacked any evidence. Biden also faces federal gun charges in Delaware.
