Asked by CNN host Anderson Cooper if he regrets endorsing Biden the day before the President’s unnerving debate performance on Thursday, Kinzinger addressed the chucklefuck who heckled from off-camera and re-upped on his support and said he’d rather stand with Biden than support a “habitual liar.”
