Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is too chickenshit to attend a face-to-face chat with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as the Netherlands-based exile outlet the Moscow Times reports that Putin will instead send some of his goons instead. Zelensky had challenged Putin to show up, saying it would be a demonstration that Moscow was negotiatiing in good faith. So here’s his answer.
