Tropical storm Henri has been upgraded to a Hurricane. The NOAA reports the storm now has maximum sustained winds of 75 mph, and as of the Saturday August 21st, 11am update was located East of the North Carolina coastline and moving North by Northeast at fourteen miles per hour.
