That rascally Raskin, undermining the regime’s already weak case by making this letter public and therefore citable in the SPLC’s motions to dismiss on grounds of prosecutorial misconduct.

On the other side, one would think that, considering Todd Blanche was literally Trump’s criminal defense lawyer (who lost the only trial Donald faced), that he would have internalized maybe some of the lessons from the implosion of Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s case after her removal as prosecuting attorney, that maybe if he doesn’t want to set the Orange Allah and his bloodthirsty death cult up for disappointment then maybe he should heed some of those lessons and not commit unforced errors like this. Now let’s not COMPLETELY rule out that Blanche is a more competent tactician and that, of course the SPLC and Comey cases are bullshit, but they’re simply buying him time and grace before he really brings an actually serious and effective case against a higher-profile target.
