They detail raising the age gradually raise the Social Security eligibility age to 69 and subsidizing private health plans for Medicare-eligible seniors, changes that are radioactive and vehemently currently opposed by fat former President Trump and his diminutive rival Ron DeSantis, also creating an opening for President Biden and Democrats to bloody the GOP again on that front.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on Thursday announced her office has indicted at least three individuals in connection to the 2022 ballot access petition forgery scam that saw five Republican candidates disqualified from the gubernatorial primary ballot, the Detroit News reports.

Shawn Wilmoth, Jamie Lynn Wilmoth, and Willie Reed each face dozens of charges including conducting a criminal enterprise, various counts of false pretenses, and forgery under Michigan’s election law over the clusterfuck that saw leading GOP candidate former Detroit Police Chief James Craig, businessman Perry Johnson – who spent $7.5 million of his own money on his campaign – and the three other scrubs tossed from the race. In Craig’s case, state election officials determined a staggering 9,879 out of 14,310 signatures on his ballot petition were invalid, the end result of the fuckery by the Wilmoths and Reed, who charged $13 per signature “collected.”

A Lenox, Iowa man was fined $105 in September 2022 for writing “You are worthless Biden puppet, a liar, a conspiracy theorist, and an idiot!!! You give Iowa a bad name, GO HOME BITCH,” and other shit in emails to Gloninger. It’s not clear if the asshole also wrote the threat that prompted the weatherman to quit, but the writer was not alone in his negative feedback.

Texas state Senator Angela Paxton on Wednesday was barred from voting on the verdict in her Picasso-faced husband Attorney General Ken Paxton’s upcoming impeachment trial over charges including his securing a no-show job for a woman he was having an affair with, the AP reports.

Angela Paxton’s removal from the vote was among the rules set ahead of the trial, scheduled to begin on September 5th, leaving 30 senators, 18 Republicans and 12 Democrats, as the jury. A two-thirds majority will be required to remove Paxton from office after testimony is heard.

Of note:  Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team noted in an evidence list that investigators obtained multiple recorded “interviews” with Trump, meaning they were made with Trump’s permission and that there were more tapes than the one made by Mark Meadows’ ghostwriters.

Apparently thinking history works like the “permanent record” you were warned about in elementary school, Republican Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and New York Congresswoman Elise Stefanik will introduce a resolution to expunge both of Donald Trump’s impeachments from the House record, according to a story promoted by Marge herself.

Of course, no House resolution has the ability to repeal an impeachment made by a previous Congress, so such an action would simply be a further attempt to garner favor with the twice-impeached, twice-indicted former president.  Elise has flirted with this flirtation before, having joined an effort by Oklahoma Brown Nose now-Senator, then-Congressman Markwayne Mullen tried more than a year ago.

A new Yahoo News/YouGov poll finds President Biden leading disgraced former President Trump 46 to 42 percent in the 2024 election, with 8 percent undecided and 4 percent saying they would sit the election out, meaning it’s more like 48 percent to 42 percent in a head to head.

The already icy relationship between QAnon fan Congresswomen Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert took a further nosedive Wednesday, according to members who tell the Daily Beast they witnessed a tense exchange between the two on the floor of the House of Representatives over “little bitch” Boebert “copycatting” Greene’s impeachment articles against President Joe Biden.

Boebert reportedly started it by confronting Greene over “statements you made about me publicly,” referring to Greene’s complaining earlier in the day over the impeachment tiff. Greene then snapped at Boebert, saying “I’ve donated to you, I’ve defended you. But you’ve been nothing but a little bitch to me, and you copied my articles of impeachment after I asked you to cosponsor them,” according to a witness. “OK, Marjorie, we’re through,” Boebert then said with a shrug. “We were never together,” Greene replied. Neither of them denied the exchange when asked about it by the Beast.

“A former analyst with the Kansas City Division of the FBI was sentenced in federal court today for illegally retaining documents related to the national defense at her residence. Kendra Kingsbury, 50, of Garden City, Kansas, was sentenced by US District Judge Stephen R Bough to three years and 10 months in federal prison without parole. Kingsbury pleaded guilty on Oct 13, 2022, to two counts of unlawfully retaining documents related to the national defense,” says a DOJ press release.

“Kingsbury admitted that, over the course of her FBI employment, she repeatedly removed from the FBI and retained in her personal residence (at that time in North Kansas City, Mo) an abundance of sensitive government materials, including classified documents related to the national defense. In total, Kingsbury improperly removed and unlawfully and willfully retained approximately 386 classified documents in her personal residence. Some of the classified documents she unlawfully removed and kept in her home contained extremely sensitive national defense information. According to court documents, Kingsbury put national security at risk by retaining classified information in her home that would have, if in the wrong hands, revealed some of the government’s most important and secretive methods of collecting essential national security intelligence.”

Weird how she pleaded guilty instead of posting on Truth Social about how Joe Biden got away with it, or that FBI planted the documents in her house, or that she didn’t have time to go through all the papers because her golf pants and newspaper articles were mixed into the boxes.

In not so many words, the New York Post strongly implied that a reason the OceanGate Expedition sub with company CEO Stockton Rush on board is missing is because Rush said he didn’t like hiring “50 year-old white guys” with military naval experience because they aren’t “inspirational.”

They kind of neglect to reconcile that “diversity statement” with the fact that the sub’s pilot is a 71 year-old white guy, Paul-Henri Nargeolet, who retired from the French Navy with the rank of commander and is widely known as “Mr Titanic” in the oceanography community. The Post also is light on the real actual problems with the sub, such as a 2018 letter signed by 30 other ocean experts telling Rush his design had potentially “catastrophic” flaws and was not safe at the Titanic’s depth to that a freaking 2010 model Xbox controller is rigged to control the vessel.
