A new “scandal” touted in Breitbart’s top story this morning “REPORT: DOCUMENTS SHOW BIDEN WHITE HOUSE INVOLVEMENT IN TRUMP CRIMINAL PROBE” sucks. The story’s simply a re-hash of John Solomon’s stupid limited hangout attempt to control the damage from a letter which shows the National Archives told Trump on May 10th to stop fucking around and give up the classified documents he took to Mar-a-Lago – which to them means the Biden White House was aware the fat bastard was in trouble because Biden waived any privilege claims over the documents.

Breitbart uses the words “intimately involved” to describe the Biden White House’s disposition to the criminal probe of the Orange Caesar. We think that’s what they’re trying to say is a “scandal” here, that Biden asserting his powers as president and not getting in the way of the National Archives and Department of Justice’s investigation is somehow nefarious.

Thing is they don’t actually describe what would’ve been the “proper” or not “politically motivated” alternative course of action for Biden. All they have is Jeffrey Epstein-linked attorney Alan Dershowitz saying “The best thinking is that an incumbent president cannot waive the [executive privilege] of the previous president,” without detailing what that “best thinking” is supposed to be or anything about the merits of ex-executive privilege. Or that Trump already lost a case at the Supreme Court when he tried to claim ex-executive privilege over docs sought by the House January 6th Select Committee after Biden waived privilege over that material.
