NBC News reports the Ron DeSantis suck-up to early primary states suffered another embarrassment as it was revealed that the above tweet boasting about sending aid to Iowa for a building collapse was posted ten hours after he canceled the effort because Iowa officials told him the help wasn’t needed.  DeSantis, however, wanted to trick Iowans into believing he cared so he could garner more votes, so he knowingly allowed the above tweet to post even though he had already canceled the mission.

The woman, identified as “A.B.” in court documents, included numerous communications with the Republican lobbyist, and in her response to Dorworth’s lawsuit, her lawyer included documents including a pardon request Greenberg sent to the Trump White House in 2020 where he repeatedly mentioned a “prominent lobbyist for Ballard Partners”–Dorworth’s firm–who hosted parties where Gaetz and other men had sex girls who were being trafficked.
