The filing says “This appeal is timely because it was filed on November 6, 2020” even though the timestamp on the right side of the page says it was received at 11:21 pm on Monday, November 30th. Read more here, but honestly it’s not even remotely clear what they’re trying to accomplish in this appeal. It looks like it’s just a lot of bitching about petty semantics.
