Hearing #3 of Jim Jordan’s stupid “Weaponization” Select Subcommittee started at 9AM EDT on Thursday, but they’re still doing opening statements, so we didn’t miss much. The witnesses on deck are Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt, who in his prior job as the state’s attorney general, along with fellow witness Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit last year against various Biden Administration officials for “colluding” with Big Tech to suppress the Hunter Biden Laptop and anti-vax conspiracy bullshit. The other two witnesses are Missouri Special Assistant Attorney General John Sauer and Stanford Law Professor Matthew Seligman.
