At least eight civilians are dead, three of them children, in a Russian missile attack Wednesday on a pizza restaurant in the center of the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk, the BBC reports.
As many as 56 others were injured in the strike. "This is the city centre. These were public eating places crowded with civilians," regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko told Ukrainian television.
