A federal judge on Wednesday tossed non-CIA agent Ray Epps’s lawsuit against Fox News, ruling that the propaganda network’s lies about the January 6th-er having been sent by the government to incite the Capitol insurrection did not rise to actual malice, Politico’s Kyle Cheney reports.
