Apologies for getting into this late as the other state-level hearing concerning a criminal case against fat former President Trump won out as far as our attention goes, but right now Fulton County, Georgia Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee is presiding over testimony to determine whether District Attorney Fani Willis and her deputy special prosecutor Nathan Wade should be disqualified from the RICO case brought against Team MAGA over their post-2020 election coup attempt in the Peach State. Taking the stand right now is Wade’s law partner, Terrence Bradley, whose knowledge of the timing of when Willis and Wade’s relationship began is key to the attempt to undermine the case, making this kind of a do or die moment for the prosecution team.
