A Secret Service agent assigned to Vice President Kamala Harris’s protection detail was removed and taken to a hospital after exhibiting “disturbing behavior” at Joint Base Andrews prior to the Vice President departing for a trip to Wisconsin, CBS News reports.

The agent in question reportedly started to speak incoherently, said gibberish and became aggressive with a supervising Special Agent suddenly around 9 a.m. ET on Wednesday morning.  The individual was restrained and handcuffed then removed from the scene while medical teams were called.

Secret Service officials say the agent did not exhibit signs of drug use or intoxication, and was being held at the hospital for testing and observation.  Officials say the individual will be taken off protection details until the incident is thoroughly investigated.

Per the Arizona indictment, there are five unindicted co-conspirators who are not facing charges (as of now) for their roles in the effort to overturn the 2020 Arizona presidential election outcome which has led to the indictment of 18 others.

Unindicted Conspirator 3 additionally signed the false December 14, 2020, ‘Joint Resolution of the 54th Legislature.’

The Arizona Attorney General’s office on Wednesday dropped an indictment against all 11 Republicans who served as fake electors for fat former President Trump after the 2020 election.

The indictment is for at least 99 counts–nine counts against each of the named individuals–as well as seven other people who are listed on the indictment but whose names have been redacted.  The charges include single felony counts of Conspiracy; Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices; and Fraudulent Schemes and Practices; as well as six counts of Forgery.

Apparently unaware that publicly traded securities have an entire independent regulatory body to investigate Securities & Exchanges, Trump Media CEO Devin Nunes decided to literally call for a federal investigation into the short sellers of his company’s explosively overpriced stock.

Noting that four trading houses have taken significant negative positions in the DJT stock–which is massively overvalued with a current market cap of $4.9 billion on annual revenues of $4 million and a net operating loss of $50 million–Nunes asserts that it must be a conspiracy to undervalue the stock, not free market capitalists banking on the company’s inevitable failure.

“Overall, we assess there are strong indications of unlawful manipulation of DJT stock,” Nunes wrote in a letter sent to GOP chums Jim Jordan, Jamie Comer, Jason Smith and Keebler elf Patrick McHenry, the respective chairs of the House Judiciary, Oversight, Ways & Means, and Financial Services Committees.  “As such, I respectfully request that you open an investigation of anomalous trading of DJT to determine its extent and purpose, and whether any laws including RICO statutes and tax evasion laws were violated, so that the perpetrators of any illegal activity can be held to account.”

The Trump campaign and its affiliated PACs apparently made an unreported $8 million payment for legal fees to a single vendor, funneling the expenditure through a common accounting company, the Daily Beast reports.  The amount would also be more fees than paid to Trump lawyers like Alina Habba and John Lauro over that time.

For more than a year, the Trump campaign and its linked groups have sent more than $8 million to Red Curve Solutions, a firm that does the political accounting for the organizations.  The payments were categorized as “reimbursements” for legal expenses but Red Curve Solutions had never provided legal advice to the groups before. It could indicate that Red Curve Solutions is pre-paying legal fees for its clients and getting repaid, but that may be a violation of campaign finance laws.

While Republicans continue to resurrect the Steele dossier being paid by Hillary Clinton’s law firm, it appears their own Party leader and his cabal are hiding an exceptional amount of legal fees that may or may not be associated with one of the various legal tribulations currently besetting their leader .

You also can’t really say “Better luck next time, jailbird” because Henson was pronounced dead at the scene after the unplanned bulleting.

Three Republican members of the Arizona state House on Wednesday joined all Democrats in voting to pass a repeal of the state’s 1864 abortion ban, ABC15’s Garrett Archer reports.

A new Quinnipiac University national survey of registered voters finds President Biden and fat former President Trump tied at 46 percent in a head-to-head and also tied at 37 percent when the full field of Russian assets Robert F Kennedy Jr, Jill Stein, and Cornel West are included.

Also good was Biden holding up leads among independents by 2 percent in the head-to-head and 4 percent full field.

Donald Payne Jr., a six-term Democratic Congressman representing New Jersey’s 10th District, died of a heart attack that was likely a complication of his diabetes, Politico reports.  Payne took office at the end of the 2012 session, taking the seat of his father, Donald Payne, who died of colon cancer.  The 65-year-old Payne is survived by his wife Beatrice and their three adult triplets Donald III, Jack and Yvonne.  His district is a solid blue seat, and it will be up to the local Democratic Committee to determine who will take Payne’s spot on the ballot for the November election.
