At least four people are dead in the town of Half Moon Bay, California after a patriot exercised his right to Second Amendment expression at a farm in the city limits, KNTV’s Janelle Wang reports, adding that a 67 year-old male named Zhao Chunli has been taken into custody by cops. The victims are said to be Chinese farm laborers. Wang also reports that a city councilwoman told her there may be additional victims at another location nearby.
Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis has outfitted her staff members working on the Trump post-2020 election coup attempt case with bulletproof vests ahead of the (possible) release of a grand jury report which could be a recommendation for charges, the New York Times reports.
Oh wait, silly us. It’s because of that Antifa riot where they burned a police car last weekend. It has nothing to do with Trump. His voters are peaceful, law-abiding citizens who would never act out violently if he were charged with a crime in Georgia. They would be supremely confident he would prevail in court. If any prosecutors get shot it’ll be because of the Antifa terrorists. Good call, MAGA trolls. It’s so hard to anticipate the comments you guys write here on National Zero.

Twenty-six year old Brandon Tsay likely saved many lives after he heroically disarmed the gunman who entered his family’s dance hall in Alhambra, California, minutes after the shooter, identified later as 72-year-old Huu Can Tran, slaughtered eleven people and wounded at least nine at a dance hall celebrating the Lunar New Year in Monterey Park. Tsay saw Tran entering the second dance hall and disarmed him of his semi-automatic assault pistol before he could reach the hall where a party was also celebrating the holiday. NBC News obtained the security footage showing the confrontation.
Three people have been taken into custody, accused of a shooting at a Des Moines charter school that killed two students and wounded a staffer in what police described as a targeted shooting at the school, the Des Moines Register reports.
The shooting, at the Starts Right Here center, which bills itself as an educational mentorship site, happened around 1 p.m. in the school. The only details known are that the students were found with fatal gunshot wounds, but died later at an area hospital. The staffer, whose position at the school was not detailed, is in serious condition.
The three suspects were caught during a traffic stop about two miles from the school. One of the suspects attempted to flee, but was brought down by a K-9 canine officer. Police have not announced a motive, if the suspects were connected with the charter school, or how the suspects got into the school. The homicides are the ninth and tenth murders in Des Moines so far this year. It’s the sixth school shooting and the first with fatalities in the US in 2023.
Responding to an undated but apparently recent photo of them together at Mar-a-Lago surfacing Monday, Trump superfan and allegedly former mafia boss Joseph “Skinny Joey” Merlino told the Philadelphia Inquirer on Monday that Donald had no idea who Merlino was when the pic was taken.

“The guy had no idea who I was,” Merlino told the Inquirer about the circumstances surrounding the photo in which Trump also looks not especially far from death. “I’m a golfer. There were 100 people in line waiting to take pictures. He takes pictures with everybody. He’s the nicest guy in the world.” Merlino wouldn’t answer questions about the identity of the third man in the photo, meaning he could be either just Merlino’s nephew or another Russian spy posing as a Rothschild heir.
A Trump spokesworm similarly denied knowing either of the men and just said he takes pictures with plenty of people he’s never met before, but who cares if he’s even telling the truth. It’s not like this is even a big deal anymore considering that people far more dangerous and sinister than dumbass stereotypical 20th century Italian mafia gangsters have come and gone from Mar-a-Lago.
Turns out the FBI was colluding with Russia while accusing Trump of colluding with Russia! https://t.co/tBzlG5Gihz
— Matt Gaetz (@mattgaetz) January 23, 2023
Just skip that former FBI counter-intelligence official Charles McGonigal was getting paid by a Russian oligarch who owned then-former Trump 2016 campaign manager Paul Manafort, that in October 2016, the same month McGonigal joined the New York FBI office he probably helped for James Comey’s hand in announcing a re-opening of the Hillary Clinton emails investigation, and might have also fed the New York Times misinformation on that “Investigating Donald Trump, FBI Sees No Clear Link to Russia” article that appeared on Halloween 2016. Then it totally looks like the FBI as a whole was colluding with Russia, rather than just one MAGA fifth columnist traitor.
Miserable little bastard Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is in a 51 to 49 percent statistical tie with fat former President Trump for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination among Republican respondents to a YouGov survey, while with the full potential field it’s Trump 37 – DeSantis 36.
When matched up against Joe Biden in 2024, Trump trails 46 to 40 percent while DeSantis keeps it much closer, pulling 40 percent to Biden’s 42 percent. It’s still going to be extremely difficult if not impossible for DeSantis to take down Trump, let alone win cleanly with whatever appeal he has to independent voters still intact. This is even before we get into the weeds of all the rules governing the primaries in every state, something Trump has experience with and DeSantis does not.
Oath Keepers Joseph Hackett, Roberto Minuta, David Moerschel, and Edward Vallejo were found guilty Monday on charges of seditious conspiracy and other felonies for their role in the January 6th, 2021 MAGA insurrection at the US Capitol, CBS News correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports.
The four follow leaders Stewie Rhodes and his lieutenant Kelly Meggs, who were convicted in November of the same charge. In same trial three of Rhodes’s and Meggs’s co-defendants were acquitted on the seditious conspiracy charge but were still convicted of other serious felonies.
One or more patriotic cybercriminals made off with $690,000 from the 2022 reelection campaign for Republican Kansas Senator Jerry Moran last fall, Moran’s office told the Associated Press on Monday. The theft came about through two wire transfers meant for a company producing Moran’s TV ads, one for $345,000 on October 25, and another for the same amount on November 9. It’s not clear how the patriots diverted the payments, but their victory should be celebrated by all freedom-loving Americans. The only tragedy here is that they didn’t steal it all from Moran’s campaign.
Tuesday is going to be a big day in the anxious, years-long wait for accountability for disgraced former President Trump and his minions, as a Fulton County, Georgia judge will determine whether or not to make public the final report on the special grand jury investigation into the failed attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election in the state, most notably the orange bastard’s famously insane “Find me 11,780” votes call attempting to intimidate Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
Obviously libs will be hoping for Judge Robert McBurney to immediately release the report in full and would react angrily to any decision to withhold its no doubt damning contents. However if Los Angeles Times legal contributor Harry Litman’s take on the matter is to be credited, Blues should definitely be happier if it doesn’t become public. “State law dictates publication unless judge finds the report is a ‘presentment’ under Georgia law, essentially that is it tantamount to a proposed indictment, not just a report for DA Fani Willis’s consumption,” Litman writes.
Meaning that the chances for an indictment are actually stronger than if the report is published in full and leaving Willis with more work to do when a second grand jury is impaneled to consider bringing charges. “If it is published, expect things to move very fast [because the] DA won’t want moss to grow under doc outlining whole case,” Litman writes. So while obviously a release of the report doesn’t close the door on charges, not to mention it’ll be full of entertaining lowlights about the shitshow in late 2020-early 2021, do not freak out if it stays under wraps. Be even more excited.
A jury in DC on Monday found Arkansas MAGA insurrectionist Richard “Bigo” Barnett guilty on all counts against him, Politico’s Kyle Cheney reports. Barnett, who famously put his feet up on former House Speaker Nancy’s Pelosi’s desk and left a note saying “Bigo was here, you bitch” during the Capitol riot, had acted as his own defense attorney during the trial on multiple felony counts including obstruction of an official proceeding. Sitting in the room as the verdict was read were the mother of dead insurrectionist Ashli Babbitt and the wife of Guy Reffitt, a Texas rioter currently serving a 7.5 year sentence on Capitol riot charges. Barnett will be sentenced on May 3rd.

In a stunning victory for the new Republican House majority, leftist candy brand M&M’s on Monday capitulated to the demands they put and end to inclusiveness in their marketing, announcing they will replace their anthropomorphic “spokescandies” with a Black Jewish human woman. It’s not clear how the human woman, an actress who once portrayed a prostitute who became first lady of the United States in a 2006 film presciently warning of a future ruined by red state cultural degeneracy, will champion “traditional values” any better than the “sexy” high heels of the green M&M that Tucker Carlson freaked out over repeatedly, but a win is still a win for MAGAmerica.
FBI agents on Saturday arrested former bureau counter-intelligence official Charles McGonigal at New York’s JFK airport on charges of violating sanctions in connection to McGonigal’s work for scumbag Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, federal law enforcement sources tell ABC News.
A Justice Department press release goes into more detail: “In 2021, MCGONIGAL and SHESTAKOV conspired to provide services to Deripaska, in violation of U.S. sanctions imposed on Deripaska in 2018. Specifically, following their negotiations with an agent of Deripaska, MCGONIGAL and SHESTAKOV agreed to and did investigate a rival Russian oligarch in return for concealed payments from Deripaska. As part of their negotiations with Deripaska’s agent, MCGONIGAL, SHESTAKOV, and the agent attempted to conceal Deripaska’s involvement by, among other means, not directly naming Deripaska in electronic communications, using shell companies as counterparties in the contract that outlined the services to be performed, using a forged signature on that contract, and using the same shell companies to send and receive payments from Deripaska.”

A Monday report on FoxNews.com about Republican sitcom star Timothy Allen Dick omits the convicted drug trafficker’s true surname, referring to him solely by the abbreviated stage name, Tim Allen. It’s not clear why Fox News chose not to expose the surname as written on the “Tool Man” actor’s official personal documentation in the content of the article like it were the bottom half of the face of the wise and grandfatherly neighbor “Wilson” on Home Improvement. Of course as Dick is more popularly known as “Tim Allen” it makes sense in the headline and lede, however they should’ve exposed the Dick part at some point, maybe toward the end. Otherwise some people may start to question Fox News’s commitment to journalistic integrity.
Worse yet, readers do not appear to be aware of the omission. “With the exception of her getting paid to do this or some somehow bolster her career or keep he name in the spotlight somehow (Some people need to retire), I really do not think someone exposing themselves would not be an issue with her,” wrote “inspector1369” in the current top comment on the article.
House Dem leader Hakeem Jeffries on Monday formally submitted Congressmen Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell to the Intel Committee, setting up a battle on whether the two Dems painted with fake “controversies” can continue to serve on the important panel, MSNBC’s Kyle Griffin reports.
A human rights lawyer libtard opposed to the rule of Eswatini King Mswati III was canceled in his home Saturday, just hours after the king denied hiring white mercenaries from neighboring South Africa to impose Law and Order on the radical enemies of the people, Al-Jazeera reports.
“People should not shed tears and complain about mercenaries killing them,” said King Mswati on Saturday, just prior to opposition activist Thulani Maseko being shot dead through the windows of his house by unknown Eswatini First patriots. “These people started the violence first but when the state institutes a crackdown on them for their actions, they make a lot of noise blaming [me] for bringing in mercenaries.” An Mswati spokesman later expressed the king’s insincere condolences to Maseko’s family after the lib had been owned, calling his death a “loss for the nation.”
Maseko had a pending court case against Mswati over the king’s unilateral decision to rename the country from Swaziland in 2018, with the lawyer contending the change as unconstitutional.
Cowardly House Speaker Kevin McCarthy earlier this month told a friend about the parasitic grip white nationalist conspiracy freak Marjorie Taylor Greene has on him, saying “I will always take care of that woman” and he “will never leave” her earlier this month, the New York Times reports on a very neat encapsulation of the power McCarthy ceded to a psychopath to gain the gavel.
“If you’re going to be in a fight, you want Marjorie in your foxhole,” McCarthy told the Times in a brief interview, as if the “loyalty” is anything more than the QAdulteress having a knife to his balls. “When she picks a fight, she’s going to fight until the fight’s over. She reminds me of my friends from high school, that we’re going to stick together all the way through,” and God that is so fucking sad.
Growing up poor, all I had was the American dream. It kept me going: as a kid sleeping on the floor, a student scrubbing toilets, a Marine losing brothers in Iraq.

The German government has withdrawn any objections it has for Poland to send its German-made Leopard II tanks to Ukrainian forces defending their homeland against Russian invaders, Reuters reports, paving the way for the first delivery of Western modern main battle tanks to Ukraine.
Germany had previously objected to its client nations sending the Leopard IIs to Ukraine, saying it wanted a commitment from the United States that the Biden Administration would also send the American main battle tank, the M1 Abrams. President Joe Biden has not authorized such a delivery. Besides the risks of German technology falling into the hands of Russia, German political leaders are wary of the image of German tanks roaming through Ukraine hunting Russians, again.

After the Dallas Cowboys kicker had an extra point blocked in Sunday’s Divisional Playoff game–a kick that appeared to be far off-line to begin with–after missing four extra points last week, wheelchair-dependent Republican Governor Greg Abbott tweeted his disgust with his hometown team in a burn only those in the know understand he’s uniquely qualified to make.
